Booking Cancellations or Changes

More than 28 days from the workshop commencement:

• Cancellations will be accepted less a 10% processing fee and any credit card charges.
• Transfers will be accepted and fees will be allocated to another date or workshops, provided there are spaces in alternate workshops. A 10% transfer fee and any differences in course fees will be payable.

Less than 28 days from the workshop commencement:

• Cancellations will not be accepted. Fees will not be refunded but may be transferred to another workshop at the discretion of Source Creations. A 10% transfer fee and any differences in course fees will be payable.
• Participants who fail to attend a booked workshop without advising Source Creations will be charged the full workshop fee.

If insufficient registrations are received workshops may be rescheduled or cancelled. If a workshop is cancelled, a full refund or transfer will apply based on the individual participant’s wishes.

Book and DVD Purchases

All purchases from the site are final, however, we are happy to exchange books  or DVDs if you receive them in a faulty condition.

Purchases are sent by Australia Post standard mail unless specifically requested in which case an additional postage charge will occur. In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of the payment being received. If an item is not in-stock, the purchaser will be informed of the anticipated delivery timeframe.
